1. Please read and understand the following guidelines.2. Please send an inquiry form following the template above to my email, [email protected]3. I will contact you with drafts and a request for payment, no other action is required on your end beforehand. This can take between 1-4 months. You are not required to pay anything during this time. If the wait is too long and you decide to drop out, please notify me when I contact you.4. Pay your commission fee. I will send work-in-progress updates and ask for revisions during this time. When you are satisfied, I will send you the full resolution image and will no longer be taking revisions. Feel free to contact me if you require alternate image sizes or file types. I can accept 60% up-front and 40% upon completion.Important note:
If you can't afford the commission you ordered, you have three options:
1. Tell me when to check in. I will contact you again in your time of choice and you will reserve the original price of your commission.
2. You can change the commission to something else.
3. You can drop it altogether. I appreciate all support and interest.
Rules and Guidelines
I don't do commissions of copyrighted properties or characters.
Prices may be subject to change.
I reserve the right to refuse your commission.
Paying in multiple methods is acceptable as long as the full price is paid.
You do not have permission to reproduce or resell my art, or use it in any commercial product. Please contact me if this is your intention.
Waiting times for production may vary. Please be patient.
It's your responsibility to communicate your expectations. I will do my best to cater to them.

What happens if I cancel once I've already paid?
If you cancel in the sketching phase, I will issue a full refund. If you cancel during the painting stage, I cannot issue a refund.What are my rights surrounding my commissioned piece?
You have non-exclusive rights. Use the product for any non-commercial personal use, including posting to social media, website, or for use in self-publishing or small-scale publishing. Do not use this art as a logo or print for resale. Do not use this art as a large-scale published book or e-book cover. For inquiries on exclusive rights, please contact me.Does it cost extra to ask for changes?
Up to three large-scale revisions are included in the price (a change in composition or palette). I will verify in every email update whether you would like to make a revision. Please see the above table for revision charges.Will I be charged for cancelling my commission?
No. There are no cancellation fees for private commissioned works.
